Overview

Content Machine is an internal social management platform operated by Caleb Media Studio LLC. It connects authorized social accounts so approved users can manage content, publishing workflows, and analytics.

Information we process

When a social account is connected, Content Machine may process account identifiers, profile information, granted OAuth scopes, encrypted access or refresh tokens, publishing records, post identifiers and URLs, and analytics returned by the connected provider.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate requested account connections, create and manage content, publish approved content, retrieve publishing results and analytics, maintain security, and troubleshoot the platform.

OAuth credentials and tokens

Provider application secrets remain server-side. OAuth access and refresh tokens are not exposed to browser code and are encrypted before database storage. Content Machine does not sell connected-account data.

Third-party platforms

Content Machine interacts with third-party services such as X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok when those integrations are enabled. Data received from each provider is also subject to that provider's policies and the permissions granted during authorization.

Retention and deletion

Operational records may be retained while an account remains connected or while needed for publishing history, analytics, security, or troubleshooting. Connections can be revoked and associated tokens can be deleted when no longer required.
